Each rental is provided with a bed. You will need to bring your own pillows and bedding. 

Each rental will be provided with 2 GB worth of free wifi per month. Once your quota is used up, you can purchase additional data at an affordable price. 

The rent quoted on the website is per person. E.g. if 2 people are renting a shared apartment in 93 Juta, each person will pay R3 800 per month.  

If you have somebody who you’d like to share the apartment with, we can place both of you in the same apartment. Otherwise if you would like to share but don’t have anybody to share with, we can pair you up with a suitable person also wanting to a share an apartment. 

No, electricity is not included and you will need to pay as you use with a prepaid system. 

Yes, water is included in the rental. 

Unfortunately your friends and family are not allowed to sleep over. 

Visitors are welcome but they will need to leave the accommodation by 22:00. 

Yes, the apartments are access controlled and there is a 24/7 security guard.
